Entry into the prize draw is open to everyone who completes the survey and provides their email address.

There are five chances to win. 

The value of the prize is as stated in the survey. 

Entry into the prize draw will close at the time specified in the survey

Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place at the time specified in the survey at 60 Links Ave, Concord, 2137, NSW Australia.

Winners will be contacted by email from Sharlene Zeederberg, sharlene@leapinsight.com.au, and the online voucher sent to their nominated email address within two weeks of the draw.
