Sharlene Zeederberg
Director
With over 25 years of research and consumer behaviour experience, including inside two of the world's biggest FMCG companies, I understand the power of being consumer centric, and the importance of conducting research within the context of the business's objectives.
​
My skill set and experience includes both qualitative and quantitative research, NPD development and workshop facilitation. I'm focused on uncovering insights and opportunities that allow organisations to connect better with their customers and bring them into the heart of their businesses. From identifying category rules, understanding the customer journey in detail, decoding brand equity and the development of marketing elements including NPD, communication and packaging design, my experience is both broad and deep.
​
Further study in Cognitive and Brain Sciences, means I bring a knowledge of neuroscience into ensuring the workshops and research programmes we run, and the conclusions we draw, are built on a deep understanding of human behaviour.

I work directly across all projects, bringing a depth of experience and insight into the work we deliver.

Siena Byrne
Project Manager & Researcher
Siena is an excellent recent addition to our team. An excellent Project Manager, Siena works on a range of digital strategy and customer engagement projects, as well as employing her degrees in cognitive science, psychology, and anthropology in consumer research to help businesses understand what drives their audiences.

Mike Zeederberg
Strategy & Business Development
As co-owner of Leap Insight & Zuni, Mike works on customer journey mapping and digital strategy projects, providing high level oversight and an eagle-eye business objective perspective.
​
Mike has spent his career helping businesses unlock the potential to be customer centric that digital technology advances provides.
Mike runs training and education courses in digital marketing, customer journey mapping and digital transformation at both industry (ADMA, FIA) and educational settings (University of Sydney, TAFE).
​
Mike also works as a mentor and long term digital partner to high level executives as they guide their businesses through strategic transformation.
