Sharlene Zeederberg

With over 25 years of research and consumer behaviour experience, including inside two of the world's biggest FMCG companies, I understand the power of being consumer centric, and the importance of conducting research within the context of the business's objectives.

My skill set and experience includes both qualitative and quantitative research, NPD development and workshop facilitation. I'm focused on uncovering insights and opportunities that allow organisations to connect better with their customers and bring them into the heart of their businesses. From identifying category rules, understanding the customer journey in detail, decoding brand equity and the development of marketing elements including NPD, communication and packaging design, my experience is both broad and deep.

Further study in Cognitive and Brain Sciences, means I bring a knowledge of neuroscience into ensuring the workshops and research programmes we run, and the conclusions we draw, are built on a deep understanding of human behaviour.
