Collection Statement – Personal Information (i.e. not research information)

Leap Insight (ABN 23161349282 ("Leap Insight") respects your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to contact you as outlined in the survey.  We may also disclose your information to third parties in the case where it is required in order to contact you as outlined in the survey (for instance, in order to send you a prize / incentive). Our Privacy Policy, available here, contains further details regarding how you can access or correct information we hold about you, how you can make a privacy related complaint, how that complaint will be dealt with and the extent to which your information may be disclosed to overseas recipients.

Collection Statement – Identifiable Research Information

Leap Insight (ABN 23161349282 ("Leap Insight") respects your privacy. We will only use the information you provide for our research purposes.  We will not disclose any identifiable research information to a third party unless we have your express prior consent or are required to do so by an Australian law. Information we collect from you is routinely de-identified and/or destroyed. However, until such time, you have the right to access any information we hold about you. You may also request at any time to have any information we hold about you de-identified or destroyed.
